About Us
Nalley Consulting LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business incorporated in Virginia in 2013. Nalley Consulting personnel work on sites in the Washington, DC, metro area and around the country.
The company was created with a single individual on contract supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and has grown to include supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community through multiple IDIQ vehicles in several states.
Jeremy Nalley, President | CEO
Mr. Nalley’s more than 20 years of service in the DoD and IC began as a cryptologist in the U.S. Navy. Before earning his MBA through the George Mason Executive MBA program and founding Nalley Consulting, he held many positions of leadership supervising collection management, collection strategy development, technical collection targeting, and the collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of SIGINT products.
He has proven his leadership, technical collection ability, and analytical skills while supporting the DIA, during numerous periods at sea while onboard the USS LAKE CHAMPLAIN and during field deployments with Navy Information Operations Detachment Chesapeake (NIODC). In support to the nation, he has conducted tactical and strategic SIGINT collection operations throughout the world.
