Nalley Consulting is a subcontractor to large business prime Booz Allen Hamilton as well as small business prime The Buffalo Group. The five-year DIA SIA II contract is a $1B+ program. The SIA II is the follow-on program to SIA which addresses a wide range of analysis initiatives in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and other Intelligence Community (IC) customers. The four overarching topic areas are data gathering and collection; analysis; data utilization; and strategy and support, with each of these areas having numerous related sub-topics.
DIA START-X
Nalley Consulting is a subcontractor to large business prime Booz Allen Hamilton and MDA on the START-X contract. The START-X program is a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract providing support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for the Signatures Support Program's Operation and Maintenance and Research and Development initiatives.

GISS
Nalley Consulting is a subcontractor to small business prime The Buffalo Group on the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command's (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Support Services (GISS) small business set-aside. GISS is a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The small businesses have been collectively awarded a $2.16 billion ceiling of the total $7.2 billion contract value to provide flexible, comprehensive, and cost effective services in support of the United States Army's need for fully integrated intelligence, security, information operations and adjunct services.
